I am great at quickly forming relationships and integrating with your team, to take the pressure off your leaders in the short, creating capacity. I will find your story, your green USP - and tell it brilliantly. I can spot potential, mentor, coach and build your expertise - leaving you with the ability to take the project forward when I leave.
